We designed and manufactured a control panel for a sequential fan system for the pig house at JA Zen-Noh Kumiai Feed Akita Yokote Farm, and carried out wiring work for the farm's air conditioning control. Location of the work: Akita Prefecture (JA Zen-Noh Kumiai Feed Akita Yokote Farm - Livestock Facility) Type of work: Design and manufacture of sequential fan panel (control for pig house sequential fan system), wiring work for farm air conditioning control Scope of work: Design, manufacture, delivery, and on-site wiring construction of control panel [Construction Details and Problem Solving] This is a project for airflow and ventilation control at a farm in the Yokote City area of Akita Prefecture. To automatically operate the sequential fan system, we manufactured and delivered a dedicated sequential fan panel that combines an inverter, relay, and PLC.
